Heather Connor joined the firm in 2003, and was named a partner effective January 2007. Ms. Connor is a trial and appellate attorney who practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, premises liability, and construction litigation. She has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdict. She also provides guidance to clients in matters such as contract interpretation and insurance coverage disputes that are not in active litigation.

Ms. Connor is licensed to practice and a member of the state bar of North Carolina. She is also a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. She is a member of the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bar Associations, as well as the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
