David Harmon joined the firm in 2008 as a lateral associate. Mr. Harmon is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability and construction litigation. He has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdict, and has argued before the North Carolina Supreme Court. He also advises clients in matters such as contract interpretation and insurance coverage disputes that are not in active litigation.

Mr. Harmon is licensed to practice and a member of the state bar of North Carolina. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bar Associations, as well as the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
